VooPea Privacy Policy
This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "the policy") and related online services are provided by Deshao Technology Co., Ltd (also known as "we" or "the company").
If you click agree, accept or next, or you register an account, use this application, you shall be presumed to have read and accepted the all contents of the policy.
If you are under 20 years of age, you should obtain the permission of your legal representative (such as parents and legal guardian) before you can register the account and use this application service.
The policy and related network services are provided by the company as the criteria for the company to collect, process and use your personal data provided to the company. The policy applies to the collection, processing, utilization, international delivery and protection of personal data that may be involved in the course of providing services for you. The policy does not apply to websites and apps operated by third parties through our services, nor can it control the activities of other websites.
I. Purpose and Methods of Collection
1. The purpose of the company’s collection is for the following purposes: performance of the user agreement with you, the register and app service for you, online transactions, online activities, marketing services, customer management, internal statistical investigation and analysis, user management and other business requirements as set out in the business registration or Articles of Association. Please provide correct personal data. Please fill in all the fields about your personal data. If you do not provide true and complete personal information, it may affect our contact with you, completion of transaction, provision of service, identity verification or processing of consumption, transaction or customer complaints. We suggest you keep an eye on and update your personal information at any time. If you do not provide complete and accurate personal data, and cause damage to you or a third party, you should bear all responsibilities; in case of disputes over incorrect information (such as fake identity), the company will pursue your criminal behaviour in accordance with law; if thus causing loss of the company, we will have the right to claim damages from you.
2. The company shall collect your personal data in the following methods:
(1) By your account number or product registration, contract, user agreement, each service form or purchase orders. You shall have the right to choose whether or not to provide your data. While when in the circumstances that some website functions, services, or activities must be used according to the data provided by you, if you do not provide complete and correct personal data, some services, website functions or activities may not be used.
(2) Records retention: if you do not reject cookies, this app will set or take cookies from your device, so that you can log in or use this app platform service or function that depends on cookies. Using cookies in this app can provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotion services. You shall have the right to choose to accept cookies or not. You can reject cookies by modifying the settings. However, if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to use the web service or functions of this app that depends on cookies. This policy will apply to information obtained through the cookies set up in this application.
(3) Provided by the company's cooperation partners: with your consent or for the purpose of performing contract, our cooperation partners may take the initiative to provide your personal data to us.
(4)To provide you with better services, our partners will provide some of our services. We will share your information with partners and other third parties to realize the functions of our products and services, so that you can normally use the services you need. We will only share your personal information for legitimate, rightful, necessary, specific and clear purposes. We will only share personal information necessary for providing services. For the software development kit (SDK) of third-party partners to obtain information, we will take reasonable security control measures to ensure data security. We will require that the partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purposes. The third parties may have their own independent privacy policies and user agreements. We recommend that you carefully read and abide by the privacy policies and user agreements of third parties. If you refuse our partners to collect personal information necessary to provide the services, you may not be able to use the corresponding services.

3. The company will only use the personal data you provide for specific purposes of collection, except for:
(1) At the request of legal procedures by the police/ procurator ate/ judicial/tax authorities or other authorities.
(2) Use for other purposes with your written consent.
(3) Other circumstances compliance with relevant personal data protection laws and regulations.
Ⅱ. Types of Collected Information
1. The company shall collect, process and use your personal data in accordance with the policy, the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant laws and regulations. The personal data shall include basic data (name, birthday, gender, contact information); personal image, voice, picture; network identity (system account, IP address); consumption data (transaction and consumption records, and virtual property records such as stored value, application points); and mobile device data (hardware model, operating system type, unique device identifier IMEI).
2. You may provide the following personal data to your needs: name, date of birth, uniform ID number, contact information (including but not limited to telephone number, E-MAIL or residential address) or other data that can directly or indirectly identify you.
3. You agree the company to use the personal data provided by you for auxiliary program search, confirmation of changes in personal data, text publicity, community contact, award notice, regulation modification notice and other services, so as to confirm your identity, communicate with you, provide services and information related to your company and related enterprises or partners, and other using methods in accordance with the privacy protection policy.
4. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, about your personal data, you may make such requests to the company: (1) Request for inquiry or reading; (2) Request for supplement or correction; (3) Request for cessation of collection/processing/utilization; and (4) Request for deletion. However, the company has the right to refuse to perform its duties or conduct its business as required by law/legal procedure. We have to charge NT $100 per piece for the labor costs incurred in handling your request.
5. You shall be free to choose whether to provide your personal data or not. However, if the personal data you provide that has been reported or found to be insufficient to confirm the authenticity of your identity or other circumstances such as fraudulent use of personal data, embezzlement, false information, the company shall have the right to temporarily suspend the service for you, including any awards of activities, kinds of publicity, please excuse us for any inconvenience.
Ⅲ. Period, Region, Object and Method of Personal Data Utilization
1. The company will keep your personal data during the operation of this application service. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, your personal data will be kept until the end of your use of this application service or until you make a request to stop using it (whichever is later).
2. Based on the operation of the application service, you understand and agree the company to use your personal data worldwide.
3. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, the company will only use your personal data for the purpose of service which you agree with and for internal use within the related scope, and will not arbitrarily transfer the personal data you provide to other third parties or use it for other purposes. However, for the purpose of performing the contract, the company shall provide relevant data to the co-sponsors or partners and related enterprises of the company in order to fulfil the contractual obligations.
4. In addition to the marketing service, customer management, internal statistical investigation and analysis, user management, the personal data collected will be used by the company in accordance with your actual needs for the following purposes:
(1) Account registration: When you apply for an account registration, you will be required to complete your personal data, including your name, gender, birthday, telephone number, e-mail address, etc., and set your account password so that you can log in later to use our services.
(2) Online transaction: If you choose to use online transaction service, we will collect the order related data according to the online transaction form you proposed, so as to ensure that you complete the consumer service such as payment and value store.
(3) Online and on-site activities: if you provide personal data, member account number or password for participating in online activities or online survey conducted by the company, the data you provide will be protected by the policy.
(4) Web browsing: When you browse or inquire in the website or webpage provided by the company, the server of the company will automatically record your online IP location, time and related browsing records. These data are used only for traffic statistics analysis and network service optimization to improve our quality of service. These data are only used for aggregate analysis and shall not be linked to specific individuals.
(5) Social media account: If you use a social media account (e. g. [facebook, Line]) to register an account, we may obtain data that you voluntarily provide to the social media service provider according to the social media service provider's policy or agreement with you, and we will manage and use such personal data in accordance with the Policy.
(6) Account Cancellation: You can request to delete your account at any time through the following methods:
① Within the VooPea application, click on Personal > Settings > Account and Security > Cancel Account.
③ Send your request via email to: voopea@hotmail.com. We will handle your cancellation request based on applicable laws and regulations, as well as the actual situation of your account. After successful cancellation, we will delete your personal information. If there are other legitimate reasons that require us to retain the data for a longer period, we will extend the retention period accordingly and will not use it for other purposes during the retention period.
(7) Other: in addition to the personal data you provide directly, you may also initiatively provide your personal data to our partner and provide to us with your consent or compliance with contract. These data will only be used and processed for the performance of contract within the scope of your consent, and will not be used for any other purposes.
IV. Information Security
1. Please pay attention not to disclose important information and data about your various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords in this application service, otherwise any losses arising therefrom will be borne by you.
2. When you use this application service, you can not publish, upload information that you think is private to this application, or transmit such information to others through the service of this application. In case of privacy leakage caused by the user's own behavior, the user shall be responsible for that.
3. You know and understand that this application shall not be liable for any of the following matters:
(1) This application provides your personal data according to law or requirements of relevant authorities.
(2) Any personal data leakage not caused by the application but resulting from the user's informing others of important information such as the user's account information and password or the sharing of registered accounts with others and any other disclosure of personal data not caused by the application.
(3) Any leakage of information caused by hacker attack or computer virus invasion.
(4) Information leakage resulting from force majeure.
V. Other
1. The company reserves the right to amend the policy at any time as required by relevant laws and regulations. When the company make changes to our personal data collection, processing and utilization, we will update the content of this webpage, announce the revised policy terms in our website or application, and inform all members by announcement or email. Please pay close attention to that to protect your rights and interests.
